Booking

By making a booking with Pawfect Grooms via this website, you agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your dog. Failure to disclose relevant information (health conditions, aggression, parasites, fleas) may result in cancellation at the groomer's discretion and a no-show charge.

Confirmation

Bookings may be marked as "instant confirmed", "subject to approval", or "consultation required" depending on the service. You will receive an email confirming your booking and, where applicable, notifying you of approval.

Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule your booking via the management link in your confirmation email. Cancellations within a window specified by the business may incur a charge.

No-show

If you do not arrive within a reasonable window of your booked time, the business reserves the right to record the booking as a no-show. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book in future.

Payment

Payment is taken in person at the appointment unless otherwise agreed. Deposit requirements, where applicable, are communicated at booking time.

Photos

After your appointment, the business may upload before/after photos of your dog. These are visible only to you via the management link unless you explicitly authorise their use on the public gallery.

Liability

The business takes reasonable care during grooming. The business is not liable for pre-existing conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that were not disclosed at booking time.

Privacy

Your personal data is handled per the privacy policy.
